Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak sales periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Regions
MOEFO currently ships to selected countries and regions. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout. If your location is not supported, you may not be able to complete your order online.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order value. From time to time, MOEFO may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. MOEFO is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

2. Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused or lightly used, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included items.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Products returned without original accessories or packaging
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary products
- Products returned after the return period has expired
How to Request a Return

In certain situations, MOEFO may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund. This may apply if the returned product shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not returned in original condition.
Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to a verified issue caused by MOEFO.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so that our team can review and assist you promptly.
Depending on the situation, MOEFO may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly and will instead be handled according to our return policy.
